Since 1990, I have defended scores of people arrested or charged with criminal offenses, DWI, speeding tickets and other vehicular offenses.

I was also the Prosecutor for the Town/Village of Mount Kisco, New York from 1996 to 2000.

Professional Profile:
Rex M. Pietrobono has been active as a criminal defense, personal injury,
and real estate attorney in the State of New York since 1990. Mr.
Pietrobono was also admitted to the Florida State Bar in 1994, as well as,
the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York in 2004.
Mr. Pietrobono is a graduate of Pace University School of Law in White
Plains, New York (Juris Doctorate 1989). He received his undergraduate
degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida (Bachelor
Business Administration 1985). Mr. Pietrobono served as the Town Prosecutor
for the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, New York from 1996 through 2000.
Mr. Pietrobono is a member of the New York State and Florida State Bar
Associations. He is a member of the Amero-Latino Chamber of Commerce. Mr.
Pietrobono previously served on the Board of Directors of the Mount Kisco
Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the National Motorists Association.
Mr. Pietrobono is associated as "of counsel" to the Law Firm of Levey,
Filler, Rodriguez, Kelso & De Bianchi, LLP, a commercial litigation firm in
the State of Florida specializing in international collection law throughout
the United States, South America and Central America, with expertise in all
areas of commercial litigation and collection law.
